Our limited warranty, in addition to the legal warranty, covers any material or manufacturing defect. For any warranty service related to leather goods, your item will be examined, and if a manufacturing defect is found, we will replace it with a product of the same model or an equivalent of equal value based on the purchase price.

LOLO CHATENAY repairs its damaged leather goods when repair is possible. If it is not possible, we will proceed with replacement according to the warranty conditions.

This warranty is void if the leather item has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized repair, or by other factors not resulting from material or manufacturing defects, or if valid proof of purchase is not included.
