Delivery & Return
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges apply and are added at checkout.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here take 5-7 business days. Overseas deliveries may take 7-16 days. Delivery details will be communicated to you in your confirmation email.
Shipping costs are free for purchases over €200 in mainland France. For the French Overseas Territories or Internationally, they are calculated according to your geographical delivery area.

The products must be returned in their packaging, with the protective bag and the product label. They must neither be worn nor damaged.
Exchanges and returns are possible up to one month after the date of receipt of the product.
In France : exchanges/returns are free.
Europe (excluding UK, Switzerland, Norway) : exchanges/returns are possible and two options exist:
1. We provide an automatic return slip, €29 will then be deducted from your refund.
2. You make the return by your own means.
USA/Canada: exchanges/returns are possible and two options exist:
1. We provide an automatic DHL return slip, €49 will then be deducted from your refund.
2. You make the return by your own means.
Rest of the world: Exchanges/returns are also possible. These are at the customer's expense. We do not provide a return slip.
Gift cards
Yes, we now offer the purchase of gift cards on the site or in store. We offer different gift card amounts credited at the time of purchase. The gift card is valid on the site and in our stores.
